Thanks for the quick and informative reply! I suspect something could be wrong with the server. It is quite strange... The server we use is an old HP ML 350 G6 with PCI-X riser kit. For years it was running w2003 and worked OK with the CG card. We replaced the guest OS with ESXi and installed the VM with w2012R2 with the results above. Today I tried a clean install of w2012R2 directly on the guest to leave virtualization issues out of the equation. Now it looks better but still not without problems. The board boots without errors but I get an error on the application level (call center software that is using CG board and Natural access sw for telephony). The info in the app is that it can't initialize b-channels on the trunk so no calls go in or out. I also checked that the board works OK in an older server with win2008 (connected to the same ISDN line) so I don't think it is a board or a line problem. I am also not sure how to find more detailed debug info from the card/NA software.
