Hi Team, We are using Powermedia HMP for our IVR, OS : Windows 2012 r2 on VMware Codec: G729, G711 DTMF digits are not getting sensed with G729 codec. But same setup is working fine with physical machine and digits are getting sensed. Is there any thing need to be configured in Virtual machine to get DTMF sensed.
