Hi Jeff, We did a recompile of the application with the same HMP4.1 build but the problem persist. Last time we tried a reboot and reactivate one of the license and it fixed the issue. However, the system reported 'out of resource' again after we did a dialogic media restart. Is that because we have two licenses in the system? How can I activate all of them?
