How did you configure CLIP for the lines in the Diva Configuration Manager? Caller ID (CLIP) Caller ID (CLIP) is a property of the analog line. With Caller ID (CLIP) you enable phone number detection. This means, an incoming call is signaled to the application presenting the calling party number, called party number, or the redirected party number sent by the switch. Select between: Off An incoming call is passed on to the application without phone number information. On An incoming call is signaled to the application with phone number information. The default setting is Off. Notes: If Caller ID (CLIP) is set to On but DTMF Collection is set to Off, you can configure the type of number to use to distinguish the ports of your analog line. If Caller ID (CLIP) and DTMF Collection are set to On, the Caller ID of an incoming call is received and passed on to the application together with the phone number included in the collected DTMF tones. If Caller ID (CLIP) and DTMF Collection are set to Off, Number Type offers two properties: Single Phone Number or No Phone Numbers. An incoming call is passed on to the application either with the phone number configured for Phone Number or without phone number information.
