Thanks for the quick response. I have tried your Qos settings. Is the QOSTYPE_RTPTIMEOUT unFaultThreshold documented some where? Unfortunately it did not work immediately? The gc_SetAlarmNotifyAll was done on the ipt device. The gc_SetAlarmParm on de ipm device. The first one is change to the ipm device. Now it is working. I have seen RTCP TIMEOUT and RTP TIMEOUT alarms. The last has been used to detect a dead lines. When I receive a RTP TIMEOUT the call is unlistened, dropped and released and the line can be reused for new calls. Thanks for your help. Teo
