Hi everyone. I have a fax application, which is working on MS-Windows 7, Dialogic HMP 3.0 SU349, DNI310TEPESHMP. I am upgrading the environment to MS-Windows 10, Dialogic HMP 3.0 SU382 (and the same DNI board). On the new environment, the application is capable to answer incoming call, but failure to receive fax, which returns EFX_COMMERRRX (Receive communication error). Then I found out when calling the gc_GetXmitSlot() to retrieve the timeslot from the DNI line device, the function returned 0, but, the timeslot returned in SC_TSINFO is -1. The same application and same DNI board works fine when moving back to the Win7 environment. Does anyone has any idea or suggestion? Thanks in advance. Luke
