The mains problem would have been: DLGCSERV - RunProgsInKey() - CreateProcess FATAL ERROR : SctsAssi.exe -LSctsassi.log This points issue towards windows short paths not being enabled on the system. The dialogic install process requires windows short paths to be enabled in order for some lower level services to run correctly on newer 64-bit O/S (I.e. 2008 R2 / 2012).
