Thanks Mathieu, we installed update 9.5WIN SU4 to our DMG4000 (shows as version : 9.5.4) a few days ago but unfortunately we are still experiencing the license errors from Diva SIP Control service. We have a 4BRI-8 card (2 active BRI), licensed for 8 channels. What else can we do to rectify this problem? Thanks in advance for your continued support.
