Hi guys I have been issues with Diva V-2PRI HS board that indicated "call rejected". We configured RAS configuration in south Korea and has licensed data modem. Our SR is the latest 8.5WIN and SDK is 5.5SU5 As long as I know this issue came from incoming call that PBX transfer call to RAS and then RAS transfer signals to Diva board. But frequently Diva rejected calls with cause code 80 95 "call rejected" It mean we don't have D-channel callback about the failed calls Is there anyone who has same issues otherwise who know this issue please let me know how to solve this case? Thus I've been thinking we should make a new configuration for the switch type. Our current status configured default in Euro ISDN(DSS1) (Europe and other countries) But Diva reference manual informed us to be set by R2 Signaling E1 in case of using in south korea. But if we apply new configuration we need confirmation about settled configuration. Would someone please checkup our failed call reasons and give me a right way stable setting and how to configure D-channel callback with configuration? Please help me there's no way to solve this case except in this forum. Additionally how can we collect all of the call history log?
