Hi Sunil, Thank you for the suggestions and feedback - it's much appreciated. Regarding the application freezing, it is around the point there the "sr_putevt_low() FAILED" error was reported. The dxxB3C3 and dxxB3C4 errors do not to stop the application from running straight away as the errors are reported at the start of the application but I was just thinking if the failure to open these devices will have a detrimental effect going forward. In anycase, I'll see if I can remove these specific voice devices from my configuration and then test my application. I use sr_putevt to generate custom application events and they are used on every call into the application (e.g. I have a procedure to check the incoming CLI which after processing will then generate a custom event using sr_putevt). So If I've been usig the incorrect 4th and 5th arguments - could this cause application issues going forward? Many Thanks, Michael
