Yes, I have been using "Run as administrator" whenever I ran the installer. This morning I uninstalled so I could do a clean install. I manually deleted the ProgramData\Dialogic and Program File(x86)\Dialogic directeries afterwards. Re-installing still causes the "dm3_wdm.inf exists" message to be logged, and I don't get the HPET or HMP devices in Device Manager. I have checked for 'C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\dm3_wdm.inf_amd64_89283ca30ff61de9\dm3_wdm.inf', but no such file exists post-install. technet.microsoft.com/.../3033929.aspx says patch 3033929 is not required on Windows 8.1, and that 3033929 replaces 3035131. I don't have either of those installed or offered for installation by Windows Updates. Apparently there was a conflict between those two updates judging from the patch notes. Trying to run the standalone installer for 3035131 gives the message "this update isn't applicable to your system".
