Yea, I had seen that situation before where it states something like this: 'C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\dm3_wdm.inf_amd64_89283ca30ff61de9\dm3_wdm.inf' Also exists but its not there. That is because the windows level database table for driver store is corrupt at microsoft level. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do for that and the only way we have found to get around it to reinstall the O/S, unfortunately. Jeff
