I used the following mtr.exe and mtu.exe commands to send a forwardSM MAP request from my local (MTU side) to my remote (MTR side) end. THIS WAS A SUCCESS . mtr.exe -m0x2d mtu.exe -d0 -a12080012049078563412 -g12080012049078563412 -i987654321 -s"Japanese" And I used the following GTT (Global Title Translation) configuration in my config.txt: SCCP_GTT_PATTERN 1 0x10 0 0 0x001104 0987654321 SCCP_GTT_ADDRESS 1 0x03 2 7 0x00 - SCCP_GTT 1 R 1 I also used the following S7 Play command file to send a SAI (sendAuthenticationInfo) request from local to remote end. This was Routed on SSN (and not on GT), so I removed the above GTT configuration from config.txt this time. THIS WAS ALSO A SUCCESS : M-tc7e2-i0000-f5d-d15-p010b09060704000001000e0301044302000603044301000700 M-tc7e0-i0000-f5d-d15-p470e0101120813100521436587f9f00f012301052d020f0000 M-tc7e2-i0000-f5d-d15-p0500 From the above two experiences I assumed that: 1. The Originating and Destination Addresses in the mtu.exe command are correct. 2. The entire command given above for SAI, routed on SSN, is correct. Hence I assumed that in order to ROUTE an SAI message ON GT, I just had to replace originating and destination addresses in the above S7 Play command by originating and destination addresses from the mtu.exe command.  So I did just that, which resulted in the following s7_play command file. M-tc7e2-i0000-f5d-d15-p010b09060704000001000e0301101208001204907856341203101208001204907856341200 M-tc7e0-i0000-f5d-d15-p470e0101120813100521436587f9f00f012301052d020f0000 M-tc7e2-i0000-f5d-d15-p0500 I also added the above mentioned GTT configuration to my config.txt again, and then executed s7_play. THE RESULT IS FAILURE . THE QUESTION IS WHY? I have the following error generated on cmd/terminal screen: S7L:00:17:39.339 I0000 M t07e9 i0000 f15 def s07 p000001 S7L:00:17:39.355 I0000 M t0f16 i0000 f15 def s01 p5d150000c7e200000000000002f76b140025010b09060704000001000e0301101208001204907856341203101208001204907856341200 S7L:00:17:39.370 I0000 M t07e9 i0000 f15 def s0a p00 S7L:00:17:39.386 I0000 M t0f16 i0000 f15 def s03 p5d150000c7e000000000000002f76e240019470e0101120813100521436587f9f00f012301052d020f0000 S7L:00:17:39.402 I0000 M t07e9 i0000 f15 def s0a p00 S7L:00:17:39.402 I0000 M t0f16 i0000 f15 def s03 p5d150000c7e200000000000002f772bc00020500 According to the MAP Programmers manual, the first t0f16 error with status s01 indicates Bad User Format. But I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO IDENTIFY MY MISTAKE, DESPITE OF TRYING A LOT. So can someone help me there? Thank you in advance.
