We are using Dialogic SR 6.0 Build 271 on Windows using NI2 protocol. We have an intermittent problem with our application first starts. What we see happening is that after the gc_OpenEx() call we do not receive the GCEV_UNBLOCKED event. When we attempt to start the service again, things come up cleanly.
